The Reach's new +directory coder

    This is concerning the following post from The Reach:

    =============================== Announcements ================================

           We should relatively soon be getting a swank new piece of code to
    replace these, so in order to avoid doubling up on data entry, please don't
    submit updates for the moment. :) The new code will be announced when it's
    ready, and then we'll announce when we're ready for updates.

            Thaaaaaaaank you!

    ==============================================================================

    I am looking for the coder of this system. I am close to done with my own version of the same, I would like to compare notes and ideas and possibly code to make both my system and their potentially better.

    I was thinking about not posting this because of who posted this month-old post, but I would rather work with people and benefit the community.

    To whomever is coding this: I have no interest in anything but code on projects like this. Please respond or drop me a line. Directory + Hangouts is something that should have been done a long, long time ago, and I'd like to knock this out of the park if at all possible.

    If anyone wants to see what I currently have done:

    Suggestions desired and welcome. That is, I'm looking for people to comment too!

  • Is that all highlighted on your end, or has it become cool to have an explosion of colour in posts and stuff?

    The hiliting is done by Soapbox's exciting code scripts. I'm sure I can turn it off, but having something less bland than mostly-white-on-mostly-black is fine.

  • I think the coder for this system is Colin/Myriad/Innsmouth or whatever.

    I figured it was, but I'm still going by guess-work and he wasn't on, even dark, as Innsmouth when I posted.

  • I don't know if he even logs his staff bit on very often.

  • alight correction. Colin is Minneapolis

    And probably not the coder in question.

  • Aha. I thought Colin was Innsmouth.. I don't pay much attention to staff anymore.
