So, here's what I figure we do for the Complaints section:
This is the Complaints section.
The rules are similar here as elsewhere.. Do not use racial slurs. Do not use derogatory terms attacking a person for their race, gender, sexual orientation and/or identity, ethnicity, religion, ancestry, and other immutable characteristics (intelligence or lack thereof not included). Avoid dogpiling by not simply repeating what others have already said. Avoid personal attacks.
But how the heck do you complain about someone without attacking them personally?
Stick to the facts. Tell us what happened. Tell us what they said. Tell us what they did. Show us if you can by log. Don't be shy about it.
However, this is not the place to knuckle down on someone because you can. The line between calling out a mistake and calling someone abysmally stupid is not fine. Do not cross that line, and if you toe the line enough times we will step in by removing your post or showing you the door.
This is where negative game reviews go, not in the Advertisements for such games.
Thoughts on the above?

Looks about right to me. People will fuss, but people are fussing no matter what. All we can do is decide what direction we want the board to go in and I'd say 'less room for toxicity' is a positive one.
Let's give it a shot.
The people who complain about us will continue to do so no matter what we do or even don't. We might as well at least dare to try things out, and if we fail... oh well.
